Idea has enough funds to bid for 3G bandwidth

www.WirelessFederation.com/news: According to the managing director of Idea Cellular Ltd, the company has enough funds to be eligible to bid for the upcoming bandwidth auction for third generation, or 3G, mobile phone services.
